In the evening hours of September 25, 2024, the life of 18-year-old Amion 'Duke' Davis, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Atlanta, Georgia. Responding to a call of a person shot shortly after 7 p.m., Atlanta Police officers arrived at the Dreamscape on Fairfield Apartments on the 100 block of Fairfield Place NW. There, they discovered Davis suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
