In the early summer of 2007, a family disagreement over a broken photograph led to the disappearance of 15-year-old Markell Patrick Dowell. On June 4th of that year, the teenage male walked away from his home in Redford Charter Township, Michigan, and has not been seen or heard from since. At the time he went missing, Markell was described as a Black / African American male, standing at 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
