On a summer day in August 2006, a 44-year-old man named David Dillard was last seen in Redford, Michigan. He was a resident of an adult foster care facility in the area. On August 16th, he left the facility on foot and seemingly vanished. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing gray pants and a blue t-shirt. Described as a Black / African American male, he stood between 5'7' and 5'9' and weighed between 130 and 180 pounds. He had graying hair and brown eyes. The circ ...
