Margaret Kohler Missing Person Case

On February 18, 2011, 53-year-old Margaret Mary Kohler, a resident of Waldport, Oregon, told friends she was going for a walk with her dog, a five-year-old lab/collie mix named Roscoe. An acquaintance reported her missing on February 20th when she failed to return home.
