In the late spring of 2011, a 30-year-old woman named Toni Dean Long vanished from her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Known also by her maiden name, Cooley, Toni was a mother to four children. On May 20, 2011, she was last seen at the residence she shared with her husband near West 23rd Street and Southwest Boulevard. Her husband reported that she packed her belongings and left their home. A distinguishing feature is a tattoo of a flower and vine on her lower left leg and foot. Some descriptions of the tattoo also include the initials "MKSJ" and a butterfly. When she left, she did not take her vehicle, adding another layer of concern to her sudden departure.
