On April 30, 2007, 26-year-old Rebekah Noel Bramel was last seen at her mother's home in Portland, Oregon. That evening, she had shown up at the residence acting strangely, and her mother, concerned, asked her to go home and rest. This would be the last confirmed time anyone saw Rebekah.
