In the spring of 2004, a young woman named Jessica Fallon Hooks, just 19 years old, vanished from her life in Charlotte, North Carolina, leaving behind a void of information and a family grasping for answers. On April 1, 2004, Jessica was last seen in the vicinity of the 400 block of Oakdale Road. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes, standing at 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 110 pounds.
