On a summer day in August 1999, the life of a one-year-old girl named Katelyn Rivera-Helton was irrevocably altered. Katelyn, a young female with blonde hair and brown eyes, was last seen on August 10, 1999, in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania. At the time of her disappearance, she was a toddler, described as being about 2'6' tall and weighing around 23 pounds. She had a distinctive birthmark on her back, near her left shoulder blade.
