The last contact anyone had with him was on August 8, 2024, while he was known to be staying in the Tulsa County city. As days turned into weeks with no word, his disappearance prompted the involvement of the Broken Arrow Police Department, who opened an investigation into his whereabouts. His case was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) in mid-October of that year. Jeremy was a white male with a distinctive appearance. He stood approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed around 167 pounds. His hair, described as either sandy blonde or brown, was long, extending past his shoulders.
