Etta Mae Kovaly, a 50-year-old woman, has been missing since June 1, 1989, from Avondale, Arizona. On the day of her disappearance, she had lunch with her daughter, Deborah Middleton, in Avondale. After the lunch, it is believed she returned to her residence in the 3600 block of south 126th Avenue.
