Etta Mae Kovaly, a 50-year-old woman, has been missing from Avondale, Arizona since June 1, 1989. Her disappearance is considered endangered, and foul play is suspected. Kovaly was last seen by her daughter, Deborah Middleton, when they had lunch together in Avondale. Following the lunch, it is believed she returned to her residence in the 3600 block of south 126th Avenue.
