In the winter of 2023, concern grew for a 60-year-old man from Lawton, Oklahoma, named Otis Lee Watson Jr. He was last seen at his home on January 12, 2023. When he had not been seen for more than ten days, a report was filed with the Lawton Police Department on January 13, 2023, officially marking the start of his missing person case. At the time of his disappearance, Watson was described as a Black male, standing between 5'11" and 6'1" tall and weighing between 190 and 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and is known to wear glasses. Watson has several distinct physical features that his loved ones and investigators hope will help in locating him. He has a three-inch scar above his left eye and another three-inch scar on his upper right arm. He is also distinguished by multiple tattoos, including a rose with the name "Louis A." on his left forearm and a tattoo on his right forearm that says "Memory FAXA." His right shoulder has a tattoo of the name "Ashley," and his right arm also bears a tattoo that reads "Rose, Henrik." He is also known to go by several aliases, including Otis Hall, Otis L. Hall Jr., Otis R. Hall, Otis Lee Watsin, Otis Watson, and Otis Ray Hall. The circumstances surrounding Watson's disappearance remain unclear, and information about what he was wearing at the time he went missing has not been made available. The Lawton Police Department is handling the investigation into his disappearance and is urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
