On the night of May 7, 2021, 67-year-old Wonny A. Kerr went missing off the coast of Boca Raton, Florida, following a boating accident. Kerr, an employee at the Wynmoor retirement community in Coconut Creek, was on a fishing trip with five of his colleagues. The group was aboard a 21-foot boat approximately a mile and a half north of the Boca Raton Inlet when their vessel capsized at about 11:30 p.m.
