William L. Howell Jr., an 81-year-old man, was last seen on March 5, 2009, at the Bel Aire Recreation Center in Bel Aire, Kansas, and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was 5'8" tall and weighed 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, a shirt, pants, and white sneakers. Howell suffers from diabetes and requires medication to manage his condition.
