Sixteen-year-old David Rivera was last seen by his mother on August 29, 2017, in the 200 block of Janwall Street in Annapolis, Maryland. At approximately 10:00 p.m., David's mother left him at home with his younger brother to pick up their father from work. When his parents returned, David was gone. His brother had not seen him leave.
