Javier Octavio Rodriguez, a 16-year-old student at Annapolis High School, was last seen on August 6, 2015, in Annapolis, Maryland. He finished his shift at the Burger King in the 1900 block of West Street at 9:00 p.m. and left with his skateboard, still dressed in his work uniform. He has not been seen or heard from since that evening. Initially, his case was classified as a runaway, as he had run away from home for a single day earlier that same summer.
