Frank Lee Black Jr., a 58-year-old school bus company owner from Andover, New Jersey, was last seen on February 24, 1996, at Newark International Airport. He boarded a Kiwi Airlines flight to West Palm Beach, Florida, for what he believed was a business meeting to sell some of his buses. Black, who owned the Frank L. Black Bus Service, was reportedly considering this transaction as a final deal before his retirement. He was never heard from again after his arrival in Florida.
