Wilson Happy, 68, was last seen on June 4, 2008, in Farmington, New Mexico. Security cameras at the Citizens Bank inside Smith's Food & Drug captured him withdrawing $2,000 from his Social Security account shortly after 2:00 p.m. After leaving the store, he was observed sitting in a parked car for six minutes, appearing nervous and repeatedly looking over his shoulder.
