On August 17, 1984, 72-year-old Frank Loughran went missing from West Nyack, New York, and has not been seen or heard from since. He disappeared from his family's residence on Louise Drive. At the time of his disappearance, it was suggested that he may have been heading in the direction of the Tappen Zee Bridge.
