Frank Loughran, a 72-year-old man, went missing from West Nyack, New York on August 17, 1984. He was last seen at his family's residence on Louise Drive. It is believed that he may have been heading in the direction of the Tappan Zee Bridge. Loughran suffered from both Alzheimer's disease and diabetes.
