Qua’mere Sincere Rogers, a three-year-old boy, was last seen in Syracuse, New York in late November 2008. His disappearance is a complex case marked by conflicting accounts and the troubled history of his family. Qua'mere was born in Syracuse to a sixteen-year-old mother.
