Inocente Richmond Yanez, a 26-year-old man, vanished from Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on January 5, 1999. He was last seen at the home he shared with his mother in the 500 block of May Avenue. His mother discovered he was missing when she returned from her work shift to find the television and lights on, and some beer cans in the sink, but no sign of her son. Yanez, who was also known by the nickname Shawn, had left behind his coat, cigarettes, and other personal belongings.
