Jimmy Sylvester Smoak, a 47-year-old man from Colleton County, South Carolina, was last seen in Hampton County in April 2019 and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Smoak, who has a prosthetic left leg from the knee down, was known to frequent the areas of Hampton, Bamberg, and Colleton counties. The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has been actively investigating his case and has sought information from the public.
