Felt was en route to Arizona to visit his ailing father and was wearing an ankle monitor as a condition of his probation stemming from a 2016 stalking and domestic violence case. The last known ping from his ankle monitor was at 6 a.m. on March 23, 2018, at the Mexican Hat Bridge over the San Juan River.
