Jafet "Elijah" Jemmott, a 15-year-old student at Midwood High School, was last seen on November 28, 2025, leaving his residence on Burchell Avenue in Arverne, Queens, New York, at approximately 6:00 a.m. Home security footage recorded him leaving the house at that time. His departure followed an argument with his father the previous night concerning his desire to go shopping. Jafet had expressed plans to visit a thrift store in Brooklyn before meeting friends at the Kings Plaza mall.
