Some agencies may spell his first name "Steven," and he is also known by the nickname "Chrissy." At the time of his disappearance, Stephen was described as an African-American male with black hair and brown eyes, standing at 5'9" to 5'10" tall and weighing between 130 and 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and black boots.
