On December 11, 1994, four-year-old D'wan Sims was reported missing from the Wonderland Mall in Livonia, Michigan. His mother, D'Wanna Wiggins told police that her son disappeared while they were shopping together. At the time he was last seen, D'wan was reportedly wearing a blue winter jacket over a multi-colored windbreaker, dark blue sweatpants, and low-top "FILA" brand shoes.
