In the autumn of 2022, concern grew for the well-being of 64-year-old Terry Kenneth Ramsay. A resident of Fredericton, New Brunswick, he was last seen on the evening of October 26, 2022. Friends and family became worried when they were unable to make contact with him, and he was officially reported missing from the community of Heron Springs on October 31, 2022. At the time he was last seen, he was driving his black 2018 Cadillac XT5. Described as having a thin build, Terry has blue eyes, thinning gray hair, and a grey goatee.

The search for Terry began, with law enforcement and the public on alert for any sign of him or his vehicle. For over a year, there were no significant breakthroughs in the case. Then, on November 5, 2023, his car was discovered in a forested area to the west of Fredericton. This discovery prompted an intensive ground search of the surrounding region. Despite the use of drones and a helicopter to aid in the search efforts, no trace of Terry was found. The difficult terrain and the passage of time presented considerable challenges to those involved in the search.

The Fredericton Police Force has continued to investigate Terry's disappearance, following up on leads as they come in, but have not yet been successful in locating him. They have periodically renewed their calls for any information from the public that might help solve the case. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance remain unclear, and the discovery of his abandoned vehicle left more questions than answers. The case of Terry Kenneth Ramsay is a somber reminder of the lingering uncertainty that surrounds a missing loved one. While official search efforts have been extensive, the lack of resolution continues to weigh heavily on his family and the community, who hold out hope for answers.
