On October 2, 2023, 42-year-old Kyrylo Yeltsov was last seen at approximately 10:40 in the morning at the IUSMM - Pavillon Bédard, a psychiatric hospital in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve district of Montréal, Québec. Originally from Ukraine, Mr. Yeltsov was reportedly feeling despondent around the time he disappeared. Since he was last seen, he has not made contact with his mother or any of his friends, and he never returned to the hospital facility.
