In the late summer of 1991, in the city of Everett, Washington, a 54-year-old man named Yoshio Sugita vanished. On September 29th of that year, following an argument at his home, Mr. Sugita walked out and was never seen or heard from again. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds, with graying hair and brown eyes.
