In the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the family of Keandre Collins has been waiting for answers for over a decade. On December 29, 2012, the 25-year-old was last seen in the 10000 block of Avenue E. Reports indicate that he was seen getting into a late-model SUV. He has not been heard from since that day.
