Robert Earnest Horn, 69, has been missing since August 12, 1989, after the aircraft he was in became overdue. Horn, a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, was approximately 5'10" and 160 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He was one of four people aboard a Cessna N1211V that was returning from the Caribou Creek and King Mountain area, near Palmer, Alaska.
