Richard D. Floyd, 56, has been missing since August 12, 1989, after the aircraft he was in disappeared near Palmer, Alaska. Floyd, along with three other men, was on board a Cessna N1211V that was reported overdue after a flight from the Caribou Creek and King Mountain area. The other individuals on the plane were identified as Edgar McCrary, James Slaybaugh, and Robert Horn.
