David Charles Miller, a 60-year-old Las Vegas resident, has been missing since February 28, 1989. On the morning of his disappearance, Miller left his home around 8:30 a.m. and went to his business located at 3990 W. Dewey Drive. According to his employees, Miller mentioned he was heading to a location on Blue Diamond Road to collect money from an individual. He then planned to return to his business to deliver storage containers to various job sites.
