On August 10, 1986, 39-year-old Rodney Patkutag Howarth departed from Kotzebue, Alaska, and was never seen again. An American Indian/Alaska Native male, Howarth had black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed 180 pounds.
