Fred Robert Davis, a 35-year-old Caucasian male, was last seen on April 10, 1986, in Sitka, Alaska. Davis, also known by the nicknames "Fast Freddy Davis" and "Fred Robert Edward Davis," was aboard the tugboat 'Roughneck' when it sank in the treacherous currents of Serigus Narrows. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as being 5'10" tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was reportedly wearing Levi jeans and a gray shirt.
