Donte Moore, 21, was shot and killed on the evening of May 24, 2022, in the 8100 block of Bernard Drive in Fort Washington, Maryland. Police found Moore inside a vehicle just after 9:00 p.m.; he was suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Prince George’s County Police Homicide Unit classified the death as a homicide and opened an active investigation.

Detectives are working to identify suspects and establish a motive, but no individuals have been publicly named in connection with the case. The department has offered up to a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment.
