Mark Laquan Smith, 25, was found dead in the Somers Cove Apartments parking lot in Crisfield, Maryland, in the early morning of October 6, 2017. He had been shot at least 14 times and was discovered next to a vehicle; narcotics, money, and a revolver were also reported at the scene. Smith was a resident of Salisbury.
