Does anyone else find it deeply disturbing that another teenager was able to access a firearm? I can't help but feel that this could have been prevented if only there were stricter measures in place regarding youth access to guns. It’s such a heavy loss for Dominic's family and friends, and I can't even begin to imagine the pain they must be experiencing right now. The fact that these two young lives are forever altered is just beyond words. What really gets me is that the suspect seems to have had no issues obtaining a weapon, and I'm puzzled as to how this even happens. This was someone who, legally speaking, shouldn’t have had any access. I hope this case leads to more conversation and action around youth and gun access in our community. Maybe some sort of intervention programs or educational outreach could help prevent another tragic incident like this. What are everyone's thoughts on how we could address this issue?
