Dominic Gilliam, a 16-year-old resident of Fairfield, California, tragically lost his life on July 31, 2016. The incident occurred in a parking lot on the 2700 block of North Texas Street, where an argument between Dominic and another 16-year-old boy escalated into violence. During the altercation, Dominic was shot and subsequently rushed to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
