I was reflecting on the Troy Filinow case today, and it just really hit me how crucial community involvement is in these investigations. It’s frustrating that after all this time, the family and friends of Troy still don’t have the answers they desperately need. I can’t even imagine the pain they must be going through. I’ve seen a lot of talk about witness reluctance, and I genuinely hope more people find the courage to share any information they might have, no matter how small it seems. It’s these little pieces that can sometimes lead to a breakthrough. Let’s keep bringing attention to Troy’s story and remind folks that there’s still a grieving family needing closure. If anyone’s from the area, have there been any recent vigils or community gatherings to keep Troy’s memory alive?
