Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Alain Noel and can't shake the feeling that we really need to focus more on the systemic issues at play here. I’ve been thinking about the security protocols at Off the Traxx. It’s troubling that in a packed venue of 350 people, something like this could happen so quickly and seemingly out of nowhere. I understand Alain's family is considering legal action regarding the lack of security. It’s difficult to comprehend how someone can walk into a busy bar with a weapon, unnoticed. This is not just about one night; it’s the general sense of safety (or lack thereof) that’s concerning. My heart goes out to Alain’s family and friends. No one should have to fear for their life when simply having a night out. I hope the ongoing investigation prompts real change in security measures at such establishments. We owe it to Alain's memory to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on what more can be done in terms of venue security.
