I can't get over how the prank involving Sway and his friends ended in such a tragic way. It's like something out of a nightmare. I've been thinking a lot about workplace relationships and how they can take a dark turn. In this case, the emotional toll from being humiliated seems to have pushed Punchy to do the unimaginable. I feel for Sway's family—losing someone so young must be incredibly difficult. It's just awful to think that something meant to be funny could contribute to such a tragedy. My heart goes out to everyone affected, and I hope we can find ways to promote more kindness and understanding in workplaces and beyond.
