I can’t believe what happened to Demetrious Braud. It’s such an awful thing for his family and friends to deal with. I’ve been thinking about how tough it must be for the community of Orange and his loved ones in Beaumont. Losing someone so young and vibrant really impacts everyone around them. And considering the age of the suspect, it’s a distressing situation for both families involved. How does a community begin to heal from something like this? I hope both families find some form of peace and that justice, whatever that may be in this situation, is served appropriately. My heart goes out to anyone who knew him.
