The family waited 20 years for this. Jeffrey Risner was killed on March 2, 2006 in Fostoria, Ohio, and his loved ones have been waiting all these years for answers.
Now Fostoria police and the BCI’s cold case unit say Bradly Ray (50) was arrested after a Seneca County grand jury returned a secret indictment charging him with Risner’s murder. Police say the arrest came after a yearlong review of the case, and bond was set at $1,000,000.
Can’t imagine what the family has felt waiting thru all this. Hope this finally gets some answers , hard to put into words.
