Does anyone else find it odd that there hasn't been a confirmed sighting of Stephanie in all these years, despite the dye job and distinctive scar she's got? I mean, you'd think someone somewhere would've remembered a girl with dark red hair and a burn scar on her leg. Maybe we should be crowd-sourcing for more on-the-ground searches in Puerto Rico and San Antonio to really get the word out? It just seems like there's barely any follow-up on cases like these, and I often wonder how we can do more as a community to support these investigations. What do you all think?
