Has anyone else noticed how Abigail's case seemed to have numerous leads initially, but then hit a standstill? What's particularly troubling to me is the part about her being last seen walking down 94th Avenue with her distinctive outfit and that vibrant purple Guess purse. That's a busy area, and it's puzzling that no one else saw anything or that more detailed information hasn't emerged from potential eyewitnesses. I often wonder if the neighborhood surveillance systems back then were checked thoroughly, or if there were any businesses with cameras pointed in that direction. It feels like such an oversight if nothing was captured, given how many businesses have security cameras. I'm also curious about the community's involvement at the time – it seems there was a good amount of local effort to find her, but what were people's impressions of the potential suspect around then? Any locals with insights from back in the day, please share!
