Does anyone have info about the weather conditions in Cowansville, Quebec, during Fall 2002? I was reading up on Tammy Churcher's case, and it got me thinking about how weather might have impacted her situation if she was out and about. Cold weather in October/November can be hazardous, especially if someone is caught outside for some reason. Just trying to piece together any environmental factors that could have affected her movements or those of potential witnesses. Anyone local remember what it was like back then?
