I was reading through the details of Teresa Maria Silva Desa's disappearance and couldn't help but wonder about the man, Amavel Santos, who was mentioned. Has there been any info about his whereabouts after 1973? It seems like he might have been a critical lead back then. It makes me curious whether Amavel ever attempted to make contact with Teresa's family again. This case has so many layers of mystery. I'm particularly interested in how the relationship between Teresa and Amavel was perceived by those around them prior to her disappearance. Did anyone in the family or neighborhood ever express any concerns about him or notice any unusual behavior leading up to that day? Sometimes, the smallest overlooked details can bring a fresh perspective on cold cases like this. If anyone has insights or theories, I'd love to hear them. Sometimes re-evaluating these older cases with a fresh pair of eyes can spark new discussions.
