I've been looking into Emerson Dobroskay's disappearance, and something struck me about the terrain around UBC at that time. Vancouver has areas with dense forestation and abrupt changes in landscape, even within the campus. Considering that it was late at night, could Emerson have accidentally wandered into one of these spots, like a forested area or down an embankment where he might not have been easily found? It's odd that nothing was ever discovered, but I wonder if there are obscured areas that might have gone unchecked or if new developments have covered potential clues. Does anyone know if there were any major landscape changes or constructions in the area post-1988? It’s like he vanished into thin air, but sometimes the Earth hides her secrets well...
